Data management plan (DMP)

This activity is part of the "Your Doctoral Thesis" itinerary and is aimed at PDI and PhD students at the UPC in an initial phase of preparing their doctoral thesis. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understand what it means to manage research data
  • Know what to do when working with personal or sensitive data
  • Manage research data collected, analyzed or produced during a research project or doctoral thesis
  • Get to know research data repositories, such as CORA.RDR
  • Draft a Data Management Plan with the help of CORA.eiNa DMP

The ICE will issue a certificate of attendance to the participants, provided they have previously registered through the established means (electronically through the web) and have been accepted.

The teaching and research staff of the UPC who participate in the activity, a few days after the end, will automatically have the information in DRAC.
