If you are a member of the UPC community and ...

You use the laptops we lend at the libraries

Connect to the eduroam network and enter your UPC username (name.surname) and password.

You have your own laptop

Download this software and install it following the instructions.

We recommend you: to download this software before comming to the library, for exemple from home, to avoid connection problems.

You have an Android device

Download the eduroam app

When eduroam app is downloaded, open and install it, select the institution UPC, accept the terms of use and enter your UPC username (name.surname) and password.

You have an iOS device

Open a Safari browser to download the eduroam installer in your device:

Your school or university belongs to eduroam

Follow instructions for connecting to eduroam on your center's website.

If you’re not sure, check whether your institution belongs to eduroam at this link.

You don't have eduroam

You can access the UPCguest Wi-Fi. Select this network and follow the instructions.

Terms of use

Users of the UPC Wi-Fi in either eduroam or UPCguest make the following commitments:

To make good use of the Wi-Fi.
To use the Wi-Fi exclusively for academic purposes related to teaching, research, technology transfer or management (you may not use the Wi-Fi to offer services to third parties).
Not to disclose their Wi-Fi access credentials to third parties or entities.
In UPCguest, the user data collected are used to identify the user.
Failure to comply with the user agreement may entail immediate cancellation of access.
