We present to you the various SWOT exercises that we have developed to provide a comprehensive view of our strategic framework.
SWOT provides a detailed analysis of the internal and external factors that affect our libraries and also the UPC and by extension in the university environment. These documents are essential to understand our current position and the steps we will take to adapt to the changes that will occur in the coming years.
