In addition, as a PUC in situ user you have the right to borrow 10 documents for 21 days.
There are two ways to request documents from the PUC:
Search for the document you want to reserve at DiscoveryUPC selecting Catalan area in the search box dropdown. See Help for request a PUC.
When the document is ready, you will receive an email to come and pick it up within 5 days.
You can also go in person to the library that has the document and take it directly with you (PUC in situ).

You will need to identify yourself with the Teleconferencing which authorizes you to use the loan service of the UPC.

Renewals are done through My AccountYou can renew documents up to a maximum renewal period, which is equivalent to 9 times your loan as long as:
Once you are on your activity screen (via web or App), select the documents you want to renew and click the Renew selected button. See Help for renew your loans or for renew a PUC in situ.
If you have problems during the renewal process, contact your account library.
You can return the documents to:
You must return the documents when the loan period ends, provided that you have not authorized any renewal, and do so in the same physical conditions in which you borrowed them.
If you return the documents late, it applies 1 day penalty for each day of delay and document. These penalties are applied immediately.
Search for the document you want to reserve at DiscoveryUPC selecting International scope in the search box dropdown. See Help for request an article or chapter.
You will receive the document by email within 24 hores about.
If you don't need the entire document, expand your search to the International Scope to request a chapter or article.
If you still can't find what you were looking for (whether it's the entire document, chapter or article), request it by Interlibrary Loan (may incur a cost) by filling out the form or clicking the PI Form option from the full registration screen:
