New indicator incorporated into the new JCR 2021 platform to measure all journals included in the JCR.
From 2021, JCR incorporates the journals of the Web of Science - Core Collection:
Since these journals, although not in the JCR, will not have an Impact Factor, they have developed a new metric for the journals included in the traditional collections: Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) and the new indices incorporated into the JCR (A & HCI) and (ESCI).
It takes into account the impact of standardized citations by category (CNCI) of articles and reviews published in the previous three years.
