Recently the Libraries of the UPC have subscribed to a new database in the field of architecture, Detail Inspiration. Detail Inspiration specializes in architecture, building and civil engineering and provides information and images of buildings related to the architectural projects collected in featured articles in Detail magazine. It contains more than 4.000 international examples of construction solutions with graphic information, construction details and technical specifications. And each building described in the database is accompanied by the corresponding article in German and English.
It also allows access to the full text of issues of the magazines Detail (since 1987), Detail Green, Landscape, Structure, Inside and Interiors (since 2015). The content of the database is expanded and updated with each new published issue of the journal.
