If you want, you can contact us via chat or video conference (Meet). At the moment, this service is available from Monday to Friday (non-holidays) from 9 am to 13 pm while the Library remains closed. Keep in mind, however, these considerations:
- You have to be you, using your address name.surname@estudiant.upc. Edu o name surname@upc. Edu, who started the chat with biblioteca.etsav@upc. Edu;
- It is essential that you use your account GmailUPC;
- If deemed necessary, a videoconference can be initiated. In this case, you must give us your consent via e-mail, which has been previously provided to you. I:
- Make sure before you start that you have out of the camera those personal items that you don’t want us to see;
- Stay in a well-lit space with little or no noise. It is recommended to use headphones that incorporate a microphone;
- If you use a laptop, make sure it is plugged into the mains.
