There is no more genuine representation of Catalan vernacular architecture than the farmhouse. Given the architectural evolution of the same we can understand from the evolution of constructive systems to the development of the territory.
Although the most representative sample of works is located in Catalonia, the APAC also includes studies of unique vernacular buildings from different geographical locations.
The interdisciplinarity of the EPSEB studies allow a wide research sample from technical points of view, such as diagnosis, energy rehabilitation, functional adaptation or proposals for changes in use.
