We offer group work rooms and different study and rest areas.
We offer 12 rooms (floors 1 and 2) aimed at users who need a space for study or collective work:
- 3 rooms (floor 1): without reservation
- 9 rooms (floor 2): with reservation
We offer you the possibility of using the card UPC on your mobile to avail the loan service.
The BCBL lends you laptops, tablets and other equipment (flash drives, padlocks, keys for lockers, headphones ...)
This 2022-23 academic year, the campus library offers a new service aimed at EEABB students studying subjects where landscaping models are made. Students can use both services or just the Workshop or the model car park.
Model workshop
The model workshop is located in the "Read" room which is located on the 1st floor of the library. The space consists of:
- 2 large tables and 12 seats
- Broom, collector and waste deposit
- 2 Tool kits to work with the materials of the models. The tool kit is loaned by the hour at the loan service on floor 0. The expendable material must be brought by the students (glue, cardboard, etc...)
Model car park
The library offers a space to store models in the middle of work during the academic year.
Service operation:
- Service hours: within the library's lending hours.
- The service is offered at the library's lending desk (floor 0). The student model data will be recorded. The student will be able to keep or pick up the model as often as necessary during the academic year.
- The storage space is located in an internal use room on the 1st floor of the library.
- Library staff will be in charge of storing or collecting the model in the storage room. The library is not responsible for possible damages.
- The library may store the model during an academic year, once the course ends, the student must take the model with him.
We give you support, information and advice on everything related to the edition, publication and dissemination of scientific production: search for specialized information, bibliographic management, author identifiers, evaluation of publications, bibliometric studies, support for accreditations, sexennis, intellectual property management ...

We present to you letter of teaching support services which aims to disseminate the main resources and services that libraries offer to the PDI
We offer this campus service, aimed at users of the Campus of the Baix Llobregat (PDI, PAS and students), in mode of use of self-recording and self-editing of videos related to the teaching and learning activity of the university.
The BCBL is located within the Mediterranean Technology Park (PMT). These companies and entities can make use of the library and enjoy the free and paid services offered by the BCBL.
The BCBL offers you the possibility of printing your work from your mobile, tablet, PC or laptop to the multifunction equipment on Campus.
The BCBL has 40 lockers / lockers distributed on the 0th floor and inside the training room (1st floor).
The BCBL sends and publishes 2 monthly newsletters:
- Monthly bulletin with news for the Research Teaching Staff (PDI) of the campus.
- Monthly newsletter with news for students and Administration and Services Staff (PAS) on campus.
We launch the chat service Google Suite for the community UPC, to answer queries instantly. We show you in this video:
- This service is available Monday through Friday (non-holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 14:30 p.m.
- You must use your credentials UPC (name.surname@estudiantat.upc. Edu o name surname@upc. Edu) to set the chat. Once inside the chat, type biblioteca.cbl inside the search box and you will find us. The green color indicates that we are available
- We use the Google Suite tools that the UPC has made it available to the university community.

If you are unable to travel to the library during opening hours to collect your books, we can drop them off at the Smart Point at the Smart Point. UPC of the campus, it is a system of smart lockers.
