L'Open Access Meurnin the Toolkits it covers different aspects throughout the development life cycle and the day-to-day functioning of a open access journal, like now:

- technical aspects
It has been designed to support a range of users, including editors, authors, reviewers, researchers and librarians, with the tools needed to support regional and publishing initiatives.
The design process began in November 2022 and ended in June 2023 and has been in charge of DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) and OASPA (Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association).
